    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are then introduced into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookie files (so-called “cookies”) on the end devices.

Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way – it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data, the Operator uses complex passwords containing lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters, at least 8 characters long.

Hosting

  1. The Service is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator’s server: cyberFolks.pl
  2. In order to ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
    • resources specified by URL identifier (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of arrival of the request,
    • time of sending the response,
    • client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Service was accessed via a link,
    • information about the user’s browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services through registrars on the site,
    • information related to the handling of electronic mail directed to and sent by the Operator.

1. While navigating within this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), information is collected that allows for the identification of the User’s computer and the corresponding browser (or any mobile devices used), through the installation of small text files called “Cookies” and other similar IT methods (collectively referred to for the purposes of this document as “Cookies”).

  1. The Service does not collect personal data automatically. If you provide us with your personal data using the form in the service, you do so voluntarily. In each case, we will specify the purpose, scope, and time of processing and state your rights related to it. We have exercised due diligence to ensure appropriate technological, physical, administrative, and procedural data protection measures, corresponding to market standards in order to protect and ensure the confidentiality, correctness, and availability of the processed personal data, as well as protection against unauthorized use or unauthorized access to personal data and protection against personal data security breaches in accordance with internal instructions, policies, and applicable laws.

As a data subject, you have the right to request from us access to, rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to receive a copy of the processed personal data. All rights presented in this point can be enforced by sending a message via traditional mail or to the e-mail address biuro@skivak.pl 
  9. If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO). 

Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator has the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, provided that the rights of Users will not be limited. 
  2. Information about the introduced changes will appear in the form of a message available on the Service. 
  3. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
