Frosta was looking for an agency capable of supporting its communication efforts across multiple CEE markets simultaneously. Our partnership began with outdoor campaigns in three countries - but it quickly became clear that the potential of this relationship went much further.

We started with outdoor campaigns, but quickly evolved into a much broader partnership. Our goal was to create a communication ecosystem for the brand across CEE markets - ranging from large-scale campaigns and daily social media presence to dynamic growth on TikTok.
By combining content production, local insights, and rapid response to trends, we build a consistent brand image while tailoring it to the specifics of each market. Our work spans from creative social media formats, contests, and community management to special projects - such as a dedicated mobile game supporting the campaign in Poland.
Collaborating with the Frosta brand started as a single project but quickly evolved into a broad partnership spanning multiple markets and communication channels. The key was building a collaboration model that allows for the simultaneous execution of ATL, digital, and social media activities while maintaining brand communication consistency across the entire CEE region.
